Mark... I am sorry but I have to laugh at this... lets assume that you pay your girls $150 an hour they would have to work 6667 hours to make a $1M. Considering that the average person works about 2000 hours a year you would be over working your girls a lot. Then if you factor in taxes that the girl would have to pay, time off for periods, etc. etc. etc. I am afraid that in order to make a million dollars in this business the girl would have to work at least seven years. Most girls don't have it in them to work for seven years.
