ISO: Credit Card with most benefits/rewards

So many credit cards out there.

Any recommendations for the best NO Fee Visa card, low interest card. I know some cards are tailored to air travellers, merchandise etc. but I am looking for the best all purpose card.

If the best is a fee card, I would appreciate a recommendation here as well.
