Raptors to hire Babcock as new GM, Vince to be traded?

According to SI.com, Raptors have a new GM about to be announced. There is also lots of talk that VC will be traded on draft day. One can always hope.

What would they get for Vince? A starting point guard and an inside force is what they need but so do most teams. Would they get a name player like Chris Webber (just a name I picked out of the air) or are we looking at something like Rip Hamilton and a 1st or is it going to be Radmanovic and Barry rumours again ...

The only untouchable Raptor IMO is Bosh. I, for one, would welcome trading VC. Unfortunately, he is no longer the NBA darling and the Raptors probably couldn't even get a top 25 player in return... I can always dream of a VC for T-Mac trade :)
