I've just finished another site, which I have a feeling is rather heavy on the graphics side. I am also becoming rapidly addicted to cascading style sheets (which I suppose is better than the other alternatives).
At any rate, at one time I had a program which gave me the load rates for various modem speeds, but I can no longer seem to find it. I know I could use Dreamweaver to estimate it, but I've found their times to be off signifigantly. If anyone out there knows of a good freeware program for load time estimates, could you please pass it along?
In the meantime, here's the new site - it's for my friend Daniella (of Toronto, from New Orleans, and never has been named Clare or Danielle, before we start all of this again ;) ):
