He calls from 44 Jackes avenue in the Yonge/Summerhill area and may call pretending to live at another place such as 33 Rosehill Avenue (also close by). He goes by the name of Ben or Benjamin. He has two separate telephone lines that he uses as his call back number. But, once you arrive to the destination he takes his phone off the hook. He probably and most likely also gives a fake apartment number and phony buzz code for both places.
Now for the spooky part:
This guy has burned us twice in the past 3 days with these two different addresses and two different phone numbers. On Tuesday, there was a guy in the lobby of 33 Rosehill Avenue. Blonde hair, 25-30, 5'10 ish, clean shaven, and listening to a walkman while reading what looked like a folded news paper. Now normally I wouldn't be suspicious of anyone in a lobby when making a drop off, but, since we were there for at least 10-15 minutes before we departed he did stand out to me a tad. His actions such as flipping through the paper did seem a little hyper active. (quick flips and twitches) Last night, at 44 Jackes avenue, the exact same guy was in the lobby, listening to his walkman, reading a folded newspaper. I would consider this guy to be a threat to sp's. So my best word of caution is make sure all drivers making drop-offs in this area stay and watch until the lady enters the building safely. (well, any area for that matter) For more information, please don't hesitate to send me a PM.
Thanks
Philip
