Great Party! "WOW" is about all I can think of. The Opera House is a very impressive venue for a major event, and with the exception of the asshats at Jagermeister, the party went off without a hitch. Apparently, someone had lodged a complaint with the police, stating that illicit sexual activity would be taking place. Nothing could have been further from the truth, but I digress.

When the cops enquired at the club (according to Athena, the club manager, they called the night before the event was to take place) they backed off completely as soon as they were informed that the event promoter had specifically hired pay-duty cops to supervise the show.

Moreover, a lawyer was hired to represent the club, the patrons, and the promoters in the belief that something like this might possibly happen.

It proved to be a rather prudent decision, might I add. Angelina and I had quite the guffaw over that one. Sucks to be the person who placed the call though, whoever it was. And personally, I could care less whether they make their presence known or not. It's a non-issue. ;)

This Cinderella had a wonderful time at the party although I didn't find my "Prince Charming" and I was told that people thought for sure I would dress up as a Cheetah (fooled ya!). The individual in question has a history of abuse towards the ladies in the business. A story was written up about him in the blue pages last year since he was not getting the message.
