I was just curious to know if anyone around these parts has ever had a problem with police. Please share your thoughts or experiences.

I've never had a problem myself, but then again, I only see ladies who do outcalls and they are perfectly legal.

However I think my true question is how do these outcall services stay around without any problems?

I have read that the out call services seem legal in reality they are not. They are suppose to introduce you to the girl, but that is all. What you do on your date in up to the girl and you. Only independents are really legal.
I read of a case in Canada in which a out call service was convicted of living on the entrails of prostitution because the pictures of the scantly clad girls it was obvious what the agency was providing. On the other had I have not seen where any out call agency has been busted. I think the laws of not as well enforced is because it keeps the girls off the street and the overall more liberal attitude of the Canadians
Maybe some lawyer can clear this up

What did they do, eviscerate the escorts?

I'm assuming Bacchus meant to say "living off the AVAILS of prostitution" but I couldn't resist making an attempt at humour with his choice of words. It sounded rather cannibalistic.

It can be a dangerous profession i am sure.

But so can construction. How many guys get munched every year building highways, or digging ditches, or falling off buildings? Far more than cops.

In fact, more garbage collectors get hurt on the job than police do.

Every year in Canada, 100s of people die from a bee sting.

In the words of Sgt. Phil Esterhaus, "let's be careful out there"

Reading these responses I take it that busts are not of the norm for outcalls. I'm looking for stories of arrests and things of that nature. Do these ever take place?

Yes. Arrests do take place, but again it's usually incalls that get nailed. An SP I see on a regular basis (outcall, of course!:D ) used to do strictly incalls until she got busted. Also, massage parlours are often a target. LE can charge patrons of an incall establishment with being found in a common bawdy house.

undercovers pretending to be clients for outcall services?

i have always understood that LE will not target outcall agencies unless there is a complaint.

a well established agency that does not cheat its escorts ... does not cheat its clients ... does not hire underage girls ... does not supply drugs to customers ... does not have 'stun guns', knives or weapons as security precautions ... will probably be relatively free from LE attention.
be careful of agencies that provide intimate details of the 'sexual services' provided by the girl in exchange for money ... for example, an agency that charges extra to visit the greek isles ... may get you in trouble ...

I'm somewhat of a reputable guy.(as I'm sure many Terb members are) And I'm a little nervous at times because I can't afford to have an incident occur. Is there a risk for an SJS?

Was a time where I also talked to a Street girl. I was with some buddies all smashed out of our brains. It was on Davie Street of all places and we talked to this girl and a cop went on his speaker thing saying "WALK AWAY FROM THE GIRL"!!!! LOL. That was bad. But no arrest. I feel 4 U man.

If I'm lying naked getting a massage and there's a bust, what am I doing that is illegal? Can I get charged with something?

You may be charged with 'being found in a common bawdy house'.

i posted a while ago about getting busted for communication for the purpose of a sex act with a prostitute. first offence I was stupid for doing it but it happened i just finished my john school class and it cost me $400.00 plus time off of work for court and the school total cost close to a "G" note and trying to explain to people where i was going and why i was not at work trying to remember what lies i told to whom so i would not get caught one more court date and it is over with
