How discreet is PayPal?

I know that it says on the TERB homepage that "PayPal" is all that appears on your credit card bill but is that really all?

Let's say a corporate accountant or wife called the card company and wanted more detail. What would they be told?

All the CC company is obliged to tell the wife or corporate account is the Payee ( PayPal ), amount, date of transaction ( not the details of the actual purchase which, in any event, the CC co. would have no knowledge of ).
