Anyone found a better source for domain registrations than those bastards at Network Solutions?

I was using Registrars.com, but of course, since they were so incredibly great, NetSol bought them out.

Thanks!

I only use NetSol and so far (knock on wood) no problems with them.

The only way I found to have no trouble with any registers is to have your own DNS or access to a primary DNS that is friendly to you. That way no domain registar can hold your domain hostage.

Just my 2 cents on this.

In my line of work, I have to deal with both network and internic.ca.

I prefer Internic... so much faster and easier (and alot more helpful)

Go Daddy www.godaddy.com (http://www.godaddy.com) is a reliable low cost provider.

Thanks, guys. I'm looking into a few of these. I tend to avoid the smaller ones, as I worry about them going belly up overnight.

Go Daddy looks pretty cool...

NetSol should rot in hell. Ever tried to call them? Pack a lunch and call in sick to work, because you'll be there for *days*... I gave up this morning after sitting on hold for almost 2 hours...
