The USENET has sometimes been called "the other half of the Internet". It's structured like the old BBS bulletin boards that we all dialed before the web sites. Wow...seems complicated. I used to use Morpheus, but I was getting into some crazy stuff (and wasting my whole work day), so I deleted the program.
I can't believe I actually worked it out. Holy Shit. All the times I couldn't find good free porn. I just grabbed a NNTP name of Rogers ( randomly picked one) by a Google check, opened Outlook hit the help key read for 5 mins and I'm in. I knew about newsgroups, I just never knew how the hell to get into them. More wasted time coming up....!

I played with the twisted forums for a while yesterday then bookmarked it and when I tried today I can't get in. Keep getting messages to the effect that it is not available on this server or that I do not have permission to enter etc.

Anyone else unable to get in there now?:mad:

Tried getting on, no luck either.

The link my friend sent me which is open in outlook express is all X's for every thread.

I can only hope that it is temporarily down.

Sometimes i try to log onto terb which is very similar and get the same message, then the next day, there it is.

I just think the site is down at the moment, give it a day or two and see.

My email link gets me onto the site, but all the threads are just marked with an X.

I don't even get in to get the red X's. I have had what you mention happen before tho' so maybe it will come back.
Tried a Google search and found a lot of pages related to the link, but none of which worked either - always the same messages. Tried playing with URL too with same result. It looked like a great site so my fingers are crossed.
