Looking for a new web designer

I am looking for a new web designer. I need someone that can regularly update my website www.boundandgagged.ca Someone that can work with code and flash animation and make changes and updates.

I also have a couple of other businesses that I will need websites created for.

The current web designer does great work, but I can't get him to return my calls.
